Before The Leaves Fall

"Today like everyday, I honor the strength, beauty, and spirit of the Native peoples who have lived, created, and carried stories on this land long before us. Their traditions, resilience, and connection to nature continue to inspire my work every day. I am forever grateful for then opening their heart to me. My paintings are a humble tribute to that heritage and to the dignity of those whose stories deserve to be seen and remembered. This painting is something I had in mind for a long time, bringing back my animation past...the poetry of some cinematic scenes."
